Sustainability triangle
A real estate development is considered sustainable if it meets at least three criteria: it must be environmentally correct, socially fair and economically viable. In other words, it must be environmentally, economically and socially responsible.
To highlight the importance of this issue, the sustainability triangle can be used; it's a tool that shows how a condominium observes economic, environmental and social aspects in each of its differentiating factors.
