Ecoesfera Empreendimentos Sustentáveis (Ecoesfera) recognizes its obligation to follow the highest standards of integrity in its relationship with visitors to its site. The adoption of privacy practices has the objective of maintaining these standards in accordance to current legislation. All personal information collected by Ecoesfera on its site is provided voluntarily, and no personal information is required for access to the site, except when a login name and password are used. In case our website requests any personal information, such as e-mail address, name and address, these voluntarily provided data will be for internal use only and for communication between Ecoesfera and site visitors, it should be made clear that no personal information will be disclosed to third parties. Ecoesfera's site may collect non-personal online visitor information (such as browser type, operating system and domain names), but it will not collect personal information in this process. These non-personal data allow Ecoesfera to generally track the total number of visitors to each of its sites and are simply used to enhance and update the sites. Ecoesfera maintains this site to provide information and education and to promote its products. Even though Ecoesfera might periodically monitor or re-examine discussions, chats, mailings, transmissions or bulletin boards on the site, Ecoesfera has no obligation to do so and does not assume any responsibility for the content of any of these sections or for any error, defamation, slander, injury, omission, lie, obscenity, pornography, blasphemy, danger or impropriety in any of the information contained in these site sections.   10. 10. The Forum of the city of Sao Paulo is selected to resolve any doubts and/or controversies arising from this contract and all other forums are hereby expressly renounced, however privileged they may be.
